Kirovogradoblenergo employees are restoring power grids in the Kherson region damaged by Russian shelling.
Employees of the Kirovogradoblenergo company have been going there since 2022. Currently, power supply is being restored in the right-bank territory of the Kherson region.

“Since the start of the full-scale war, 500 power workers from the Kirovograd region have visited the Kherson region. They travel with their equipment for several weeks. In two years, 52 facilities have been restored,” said Valery Zaporozhets, technical director of Kirovogradoblenergo.

"At the first stage, the line service was involved, which carried out work on 35-150 kV class overhead lines. Our personnel were allowed into the narrow corridors where demining was carried out. At the second stage, the were involved power supply specialists, which carried out work directly on 0.4 - 10 kV lines, , which are located as close as possible to the end user. In parallel employees of the relay protection service and transport service employees were also involved, who carried out work at 150 kV substations.
The operator of the drilling rig Viktor Sivyrin said that he had been on a business trip to the Kherson region three times. He plans to go again.
"This year is safer than last year. Then there were explosions and air raids. They were intense, sometomes we went for a kilometer, and the supports were all broken. We saw large and small bombardment holes in the asphalt. The machines with russian painted "zetas" are standing.
According to the technical director of the Kirovogradoblenergo company, energy workers in the Kherson region have completed work worth for almost 14 million hryvnias.
